View and modify SMS messages
In Recreatex, go to SMS > SMS messages and open the SMS messages overview. Select and open an SMS message (Right-click + Details or F3 key).
You can only modify messages of the type Manual that have not yet been sent (status To send).
Other types of messages and/or messages with other status than To send can only be viewed in the SMS messages overview.
In the tab Origin, additional read-only information is provided for the SMS messages of the type QR-code ordering and Exhibition.
QR-code ordering
The origin information includes the sales number and the timestamp of this sale. If multiple sales are included in the same order, the first sale will be displayed here.
To open the order detail directly in the tab Origin, use the F3 key on your keyboard. Otherwise, you can also access the order in the module Sales admin > Visualisations > Process open orders.
Exhibition
The origin information shows the visit number and customer name in the Organized visit field, along with the start and end dates/times of the exhibition period in the Exhibition period field.
The tab Logging displays all the steps the SMS message goes through, including any manual adjustments (for messages of type Manual only).
