To access the parameters specific to the module Facility bookings, go Facility bookings > Parameters. The facility booking parameters are categorized under several tab pages.

Re-use customer cards for these card definitions

Activate this setting to enable the reuse of existing customer cards for access memberships created automatically when saving a facility booking.

  • When the setting is on, the list of card definitions is enabled and you can select card definitions.

  • When the setting is turned off, the list of card definitions is read-only (the checkboxes are not shown).
