Recreatex version support
With this new release, older versions of Recreatex have been put in End Of Life status: All versions of Recreatex 6.4.x.
The current version support situation is:
Full Support: Recreatex 7.4.0 and higher
Minimal Support: Recreatex 7.1.0, 7.2.0 and 7.3.0
End Of Life: All versions lower than Recreatex 7.1.0 and versions 7.3.1.x and 7.3.2.x

As of 14th January 2020 Microsoft has stopped support for Windows 7. We recommend upgrading your systems to Windows 10.
Microsoft has stopped supporting Office 2003 and Office 2007. We recommend that you update to Office 2016, which will be supported by Microsoft until 14th October 2025.
From version 7.1.0 onwards, Recreatex requires .NET 4.7.2. We recommend that you update your systems accordingly.
The minimum requirement for SQL Server software is now SQL Server 2016. In order to ensure optimum performance, stability, functionality and security, we have updated our minimum and recommended requirements for the SQL Server software. If you have not done so already, we recommend that you update to SQL Server 2016 or higher in order to run newer versions of Recreatex.

Ask for contact data when selling Timeslot tickets
When selling timeslot tickets, it was already possible to ask for first name, name and birth date. We have now added extra fields for contact data: e-mail, phone, street, house number, postcode, city and country. Go to Exhibitions > Exhibitions and open an exhibition then go to tab Various, on the bottom you will find the setting Ask names. Make the adjustments needed and click Save.
When activating this setting for the first time, you may get the following pop-up: "To activate Ask Names, the setting must be set on both levels, price article and exhibition. Do you want to set this setting to each price article of this exhibition?" Click Yes to proceed. The extra contact data will be asked on the web shop and on the POS.
Digital wallet can now be used on web shop and on kiosk
We added settings to the configuration of both web shop and self-service kiosk to enable payment with the Digital wallet.
In the web shop manager, go to General > Shopping cart and activate the new setting Digital Wallet active.
In the configuration tool of the self-service kiosk, go to the Payment terminal tab and switch on the setting Digital wallet.
Salto connector
We have developed a Salto connector that enables you to import Recreatex reservations into Salto so that users with a reservation in Recreatex can access the room secured by Salto locks. This connector works with both Salto SVN (on premise) and Salto KS (in the cloud). More information on this topic is available in a separate manual.
Recreatex - Enviso connector
The Recreatex - Enviso connector allows you to create Enviso events and offers from Recreatex exhibitions which are synced to Enviso. More information on this topic is available in a separate manual.
