Consult the customer file

In Recreatex, the term "Customers" is used in the broadest sense of the word. Customers not only include individual persons, groups (for example clubs, organisations, associations) and companies, but also infrastructure locations.

There are different ways to access your customer database.

The first way is through the main menu: go to General > Basic data > Customers. A comprehensive menu will appear that allows you to consult the list of all customers (Addresses (All)), or a specific list according to customer type.

The second way is through the Recreatex short menu, this is the menu bar below the main menu.

If you click on Find address you can rapidly and efficiently search the system for a certain customer, by filling in the customer code or the customer name (see manual '???'

If you have searched a customer in this way, the customer card of the chosen customer will appear immediately (see chapter The customer card).

If you click on Individuals and Groups you can immediately open the customer overview of the respective customer types Individuals and Groups, without having to use the main menu.

If you call up a customer list, you will always see an overview of the customers present in the system, for example:

In order to consult the customer card of a certain customer, you simply have to double-click on the customer line in question.

In order to create a new customer you can use the framework functionalities (press <F2> or click on the right mouse button followed by New).

Note

Customer charts for which no user settings have been defined yet, are opened by default with the search window. This is to optimize the performance when the list is loaded for the first time. (see manual 'Framework')
