Search and filter SMS messages
The search and filter include the following options

From date/time (1)
By default, it shows today's date and the start of the day (00:00) as the time.
Till date/time (1)
By default, it shows today's date and the end of the day (23:59) as the time.
SMS template (2)
Select an SMS template from the list of SMS templates using the framework functionality
To create an SMS template, see SMS templates.
Type (3)
By default, all types are selected.
Manual
Messages created manually and sent to individual customers. For more information, see Create and send SMS messages
QR-code ordering
Messages triggered by a point of sale that has the order functionality enabled (e.g. the QR ordering app). When changing the order status to processed, an SMS notification is sent to the customer.
Exhibition
SMS messages originating from the Timeslot ticketing module to notify customers about their exhibition visits, such as sending reminders or communicating last-minute cancellations.
Dynamic
SMS messages generated at scheduled intervals, incorporating information retrieved from a custom Dynamic view.
Status (4)
The SMS message statuses are colour-coded, with the explanation provided in the legend

To send
A message has been created and is ready to be sent
Sent
The message has been sent and the delivery is confirmed.
Error
The message could not be delivered to the recipient's service provider.
Pending
The message has been sent but the delivery has not yet been confirmed.
Failed
The recipient's service provider could not deliver the message.
