With this new release, older versions of Recreatex have been put in End Of Life status: All versions of Recreatex 6.4.x.
The current version support situation is:
Full Support: Recreatex 7.5.0 and higher (except 7.5.1)
Minimal Support: Recreatex 7.4.0 and 7.5.1
End Of Life: All versions lower than Recreatex 7.4.0

As of 14th January 2020 Microsoft has stopped support for Windows 7. We recommend upgrading your systems to Windows 10.
Microsoft has stopped supporting Office 2003 and Office 2007. We recommend that you update to Office 2016, which will be supported by Microsoft until 14th October 2025.
From version 7.1.0 onwards, Recreatex requires .NET 4.7.2. We recommend that you update your systems accordingly.
The minimum requirement for SQL Server software is now SQL Server 2016. In order to ensure optimum performance, stability, functionality and security, we have updated our minimum and recommended requirements for the SQL Server software. If you have not done so already, we recommend that you update to SQL Server 2016 or higher in order to run newer versions of Recreatex.

This topic contains more detailed information about certain new features in Recreatex 7.7.0.
Cancel bookings in bulk
You can now easily cancel multiple bookings at once. It is possible to cancel bookings in bulk for all types of bookings - Pre-invoiced bookings, paid-up bookings and a part of the series booking.
Go to Bookings > Processing > Cancel bookings in batch.
Define the filtering criteria such as place, infrastructure and so on. Thereafter, click Search
In the resulting list under the section 'Bookings', select the bookings you wish to cancel in bulk.
If any of the checked bookings contain a recorded amount, the parameter Payment method becomes mandatory to be filled.
It is also possible to cancel the memberships and general activities linked with the bookings.
Click Cancel checked reservations.
If any of the checked bookings contain a recorded amount, you might be prompted to start a new shift. In this case, cancellation in batch will proceed only if you accept to start a new shift, else the process will be aborted.
If any of the cancelled bookings contain a recorded amount, a sale will be registered with a negative amount.
Add questions at the checkout
On the basket overview page, you can now collect more information about the visitor.
You will need to first create the questions. To do so, go to Sales > Settings > Sales questions.
Create a new Sales question.
You can select the data type of the response (eg. Text, Boolean, etc.) and also mark the questions as mandatory.
Next, you will need to activate the sales questions for Web shop from Sales > Settings > Point of Sales > Webshop > tab Web. Select the questions you wish to show on the Web shop.
Now, in the Web shop Manager, go to General > Shopping cart > General. Enable the parameter Show page with sale questions.
Your Web shop users will see the sale questions on the basket overview page.
You can consult the responses in Recreatex from Sales > Visualisation > Sales.
Search for a sale record and click on it for details. In the resulting window, you will be able to consult the response from the tab Sales questions
