With this new release, older versions of Recreatex have been put in End Of Life status: All versions of Recreatex 6.4.x.
The current version support situation is:
Full Support: Recreatex 7.5.0 and higher (except 7.5.1)
Minimal Support: Recreatex 7.4.0 and 7.5.1
End Of Life: All versions lower than Recreatex 7.4.0

As of 14th January 2020, Microsoft has stopped support for Windows 7. We recommend upgrading your systems to Windows 10.
Microsoft has stopped supporting Office 2003 and Office 2007. We recommend that you update to Office 2016, which will be supported by Microsoft until 14th October 2025.
From version 7.1.0 onwards, Recreatex requires .NET 4.7.2. We recommend that you update your systems accordingly.
The minimum requirement for SQL Server software is now SQL Server 2016. In order to ensure optimum performance, stability, functionality and security, we have updated our minimum and recommended requirements for the SQL Server software. If you have not done so already, we recommend that you update to SQL Server 2016 or higher in order to run newer versions of Recreatex.

Webshop: Booking an activity series that contains overlapping time slots
When booking an activity series, there may be time slots in the series that overlap with already existing bookings or closing days/hours within the same period.
The Webshop booking flow now allows the customer to book all available time slots in the series while providing information about the time slots that cannot be booked due to the overlap.
Overlapping time slots are no longer blocking and the customer can choose to complete the booking for the available time slots in the series.
In the Webshop, go to the module Bookings and select an activity.
Select the start day of your series (1) and click Search (2). Then from the available calendar select the time slot (3) and click Next (4).
In the Create booking screen specify the details of your booking:
Select the option Booking with recurrent pattern to create a series (1).
Adjust the time slot here if needed (2).
Specify the end date of the series and the pattern of recurrence (3).
Click Next.
In the Choose options screen, select additional options if available for the chosen activity and click Next.
In the Confirm booking screen, you can see the overview of your booking.
Periods (1): Overview of all available time slots in the series that can be booked.
Invalid periods (2): Overview of conflicting time slots that will be automatically excluded from the booking when you choose to continue.
Add the selection to your shopping cart and complete the payment.
Webshop: Payment solution Ingenico Direct
The new payment solution Ingenico Direct has been implemented and can now be activated on the Webshop.
Open the Recreatex Webshop Manager and go to General > Shopping cart
In the tab Ingenico Direct activate the payment solution and fill in the configuration.

Select which customer types (individual/group/company) are allowed to use this payment option.

You can generate these values under your account on the Ingenico Backoffice portal.
Merchant
Your PSPID (Unique Ingenico e-commerce merchant ID).
Integrator
Your (company) name or any unique identifier that will be used for debugging and tracking requests sent to the Ingenico platform.
Descriptor
E.g. a company or division name that will appear on the customer's bank statement.
Session timeout (in seconds)
Transaction session timeout in seconds
Live
Leave unchecked to test the integration or check the option to go live.
Default payment method
Select your default payment method from the drop-down menu.

Webhook credentials can be generated under your account on the Ingenico Backoffice portal.
Configuring webhooks makes it possible to receive information about the results of your transactions or about status changes that happen at a later point (e.g. refunds).
Click Save.
In the Webshop, select Ingenico Direct from the available payment options.
You will be redirected to the Ingenico Hosted Checkout Page where you can select one of the pre-configured payment methods (1) and proceed with the payment (2, 3).
Receive the payment confirmation in the Webshop.
Self-service kiosk: Combine multiple digital wallets into a single payment flow
The self-service kiosk now has the possibility to process multiple digital wallets in one flow, combining them into a single payment.
This user-friendly flow speeds up the processing at the checkout in situations when a group of people (e.g. friends or family) with multiple digital wallets prefer to settle the balance in a single payment.
On the home screen tap Digital wallet.
Scan the first digital wallet.
Depending on the type of digital wallet:
Debit (1): select Top up to add an amount to your digital wallet or select Payout to receive the remaining amount from your digital wallet.
Credit (2): select Settle to pay the outstanding balance on your digital wallet.
If you chose e.g. to Top up, specify the desired amount using the numeric keypad on the screen and click Continue.
The selected option and amount are added in My overview on the right side of the screen. Now you can choose to Pay (1) or continue by scanning another digital wallet (2).
Caution
Clicking Home (3) will cancel the whole transaction and you will be returned to the home screen.
If you have scanned another wallet, select an option depending on the type of your digital wallet* (see step 3).

Your choice will be added to My overview. Continue scanning additional wallets (1) or click Pay (2) to proceed to the payment.
