Introduction
If you are using the season planning functionality in the backoffice application, you can allow your customers to create and follow their season planning requests via the Webshop. This way you can eliminate unnecessary emails and phone calls and keep the whole communication around new season planning in one place.
To be able to use season planning on the Webshop, make sure the following configuration has been done on Recreatex backoffice side:
Activation of the season planning module nr. 099
Make the relevant infrastructures, places and activities available for the webshop
Allow the relevant customers to use season planning on the webshop
