Reporting
Introduction
The Reporting module provides self-service reporting tools that enable users to design dashboards, pivots and reports themselves, providing a helicopter view of their key performance indicators. Using our drag-and-drop visual designer, you can easily design dashboards, pivots and reports of your own.
In principle, the procedure for using the self-service reporting tools is as follows:
Configure data source: Configuring the data source creates a link between the data in the database and the visualisations on the dashboards, pivots and reports.
Configure dashboards/pivots/reports: Map items of the dashboard (such as charts, graphs, etc.), pivot or report with the required data fields of the selected data source.
View dashboards/pivots/reports: Consult the configured dashboard/pivot/report on its respective viewer.

The functionalities described for Reporting in this manual are available for version 6.3.0 and above of the Recreatex desktop application.
