Solution

The app is not loading.

  1. Check your internet connection.

  2. Refresh your browser screen or close / reopen the browser.

  3. Clear your browsing data (cache).

  4. Scan the QR code again.

An unknown error occurred.

  1. Click anywhere on the screen to discard the error.

  2. If not possible to continue, inform the staff.

The view of my order or the menu items is very limited.

Turn on the Auto-rotate option mobile-rotate-rotation.png of your mobile device and rotate the device to adjust the view.

Where do I find the app information?

Click the info icon in the bottom left corner of the app.
