Facility bookings
Introduction
The Recreatex 'Facility bookings' module allows you to manage the entire follow-up of bookings for all your infrastructures and holds, amongst others, the following functionalities: clear visualisation of bookings, series of bookings and booking overviews, as well as the management of infrastructures and activities. Moreover, the module offers extensive price determination and reporting possibilities. It is also possible to synchronise the data with your web portal (if you have a license for the module Web: Facility bookings).
Warning
This manual only describes the Use part of the Recreatex module Facility bookings. Concretely, this means that this manual only discusses the menu items marked below. For more information on the other menu items, among which those concerning the creation and management of infrastructures, places and activities for which a booking can be made, we refer to the manual FACILITY BOOKINGS - Management. For more information on pre-invoicing facility bookings, we refer to the manual INVOICING.
Three different types of bookings can be made in Recreatex:
Simple booking: the customer books one place on one specific day.
Series of bookings: the customer books one place during a certain period with a fixed frequency, for example daily, weekly, ...
Sets of bookings: the customer books several activities in several locations on various dates, without a fixed frequency.
