Further implementation of the new UiTPAS JSON API 4.0 includes the following adjustments:
Configuration: SydAdmin has an additional setting, "Organizer ID," at the division level. The new API requires this setting for actions such as registering a new card, creating a new pass holder or checking rewards (e.g., welcome or points).
Integration of the new API in POS flow UiTPAS card sales and pass holder registration:
Checking the card status, i.e., whether the card is available for sale or already in use.
Registering a new pass holder when selling an UiTPAS card.
Retrieving information on whether the pass holder can save UiTPAS points when checking in for an event.
Retrieving the correct UiTPAS card price.
Integration of the new API in POS flow Visualisation of UiTPAS card data:
Showing card information at the POS, including the profile picture.
Note: The profile picture is retrieved from UiTPAS and is no longer stored in Recreatex on the customer address card.

Lessons: It is now possible to link waiting list registration with a direct debit flow, allowing students to initiate a pending direct debit contract that becomes active once they are transferred from the waiting list to a lesson group.
Direct debit: You can now allow your customers to settle their direct debit rejections online in the Direct debit overview within the My Membership section (History and overviews).
Bookings: Limit how far ahead customers can view the facility bookings calendar, preventing them from scrolling to see future dates beyond the allowed booking window.
Direct debit: Direct debit collections with a price dependent on lesson days allow you to charge students based on the actual number of lesson days within a collection period, ensuring accurate billing even if a student switches to another lesson group during that period.
Membership
MuseumPass: Our new integration validates MuseumPass membership within the Recreatex system when customers purchase their tickets with MuseumPass advantage. Free or discounted entry tickets will only become active after scanning a valid MuseumPass, with the validation embedded in the Recreatex application.
Facility bookings
In the overview of available places, we now combine the opening hours of the infrastructure and activity availability periods to display available time blocks, merging any overlaps into a single block.
