Introduction
The database of customers is one of the most important data sources within an organisation. The Recreatex customer file does not only contain the standard address, contact and financial data of your customers, but is also a reference to all links between your customers and the data of the different Recreatex modules, such as sales, membership, bookings (facilities, tickets, locations, exhibitions), lesson history, etc. The customer file is thus also the central data source that you will constantly use while working with Recreatex.
In addition to the customer card that contains all customer-specific information, the customer part within Recreatex contains many other processing possibilities, visualisations, reports and settings, all in function of an intensive and efficient customer management.
