Release highlights
Swimming courses
New processing functionality, Sign out / catch up lesson days in batch, is now available to assign or adjust lesson credits for multiple students across multiple lesson groups in one action.
Batch processing of lesson credits across selected lesson groups.
Supports both positive and negative credit adjustments.
Credits are assigned per selected group. Students in multiple selected groups receive credits for each.
Manual credit adjustments are traceable in Recreatex:
On the student's address card (tab Lessons)
Using the Sign out/catch up lesson days visualisation tool with the Manual registrations filter option.
An optional comment field for context on each batch action.
Sales admin (Invoicing)
You can now set a dedicated sender email address for each division when sending invoices. This ensures invoices are sent from the correct division address, making communication clear and professional.

When processing invoices per division (1), you can configure a separate sender email for each division (2) and link it to its dedicated mailing (3).
If no division-specific email is configured, the global email setting is used as a fallback (4).
When you send invoices while logged in to a specific division, the system uses the sender email address configured for that division.
The new configuration grid is disabled when invoices are processed using the setting For all divisions .
Event planning
We have enhanced the Calendar visualisation by adding new configurable options that let you control what information is displayed and how it appears, giving you more flexibility in customising the view.
Anmerkung
The original calendar display format remains available as an option for each setting to ensure backward compatibility.
The following settings can be found under Parameters, in the tab Calendar:

Show work types
When enabled, work types linked to file activities are displayed in the file activity section.

Show facility booking
In the file activity section (default): Displays facility bookings in the file activity section. (existing option)
Centralised in a separate section: Facility bookings are displayed in a dedicated section at the bottom of the calendar timeline view.

Never: Facility bookings are not shown on the calendar timeline view.
Collapse file activities by default
You can choose to keep the file activity sections collapsed (1) when opening or refreshing the calendar timeline view. With the option disabled, the sections will appear expanded (2) upon opening.

Show available employees
Enabling this option adds a dedicated Employees section in the calendar view below the existing sections, listing all available employees. If an employee already has tasks assigned in the displayed period, these tasks are shown as follows:

Tasks linked to a component of the file type currently selected in the calendar are shown as blocks (1). Double-clicking the block opens the task details.
Tasks that are either not linked to any file component or linked to a component of a file type currently not selected in the calendar are shown in red (2), indicating that the employee is occupied.
Show exhibition timeslots in separate blocks
Previously, timeslots created outside the selected file type were displayed in the calendar timeline view with a green background, and all timeslots were merged into a single group (1). Enabling the new setting allows timeslots to be displayed as separate blocks, making overlapping periods clearly visible (2).

Show extra information on exhibition timeslots
You can now display extra information directly on timeslot blocks in the calendar timeline view. When this setting is enabled, each block shows from–till time (e.g., 8:00–9:30) (1) and available capacity (e.g., 1/2) (2), ensuring the most relevant details are displayed in the timeline view for quick reference.

Webshop
We have improved the sharing options for both desktop and mobile, making it easier to share pages:
Desktop: Configured platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn) and a Copy link option.
Mobile: A single share button that uses the device’s native share functionality (WhatsApp, email, Messenger, etc.), with fallback to desktop icons if unsupported.
QR codes can now be embedded directly in emails so customers can access their tickets without opening the attached PDF.
Add the new value $CardNumberQRs$ to your email templates in Webshop Manager to display the QR codes.
Users can now delete their account directly from the My profile > My data page using the Delete account button.
An option has been added to show an additional column with division information, allowing customers to see which division issued each invoice without opening individual invoices.
Vintia branding has been introduced across the Webshop application, including a new logo, favicon and updated company references.
Exhibitions in the Webshop are now sorted by the general "From" date rather than by individual timeslots, providing more accurate sorting results.
A new setting, Successive bookings allowed gap (in minutes), has been added at the Place level to enforce stricter consecutive booking rules, improving efficiency and preventing misuse.
Improved the activity registrations overview (History and overviews) with the following changes:
Moved the Status column to the front of the table.
Added colored labels for each status for better visual distinction.
Introduced filters to include or exclude statuses from the overview.
Improvements
WCAG
Ongoing improvements to WCAG 2.1–2.2 AA compliance across web and kiosk platforms, following official guidelines and incorporating valuable customer feedback.
Webshop
Donations can now be enabled at the shopping cart level, allowing customers to add a donation to any purchase.
Lesson results (Swimming courses): Improved handling of remarks for waiting list calls.
Remarks entered when accepting or declining waiting list calls in the webshop are now stored in a dedicated Comment field for each call list action and per student. This ensures that all remarks are stored individually, rather than being overwritten when new remarks are added by the students.
When declining a waiting list call, entering a remark is now mandatory.
When logging in via ACM (eID/Itsme) or the Burgerprofiel widget, users with group rights (contacts) now also have the option to continue to the group account or their individual account.

Integrations
Exact Online
Exact Online is a cloud-based business software platform developed by Exact, a Dutch company specialising in enterprise resource planning (ERP), accounting, and business management solutions.
Integration
The new Exact Online export plugin gives you a seamless link between Recreatex and Exact Online, so your invoicing and daily cash flow are always up to date in your accounting system.
Automatically sends invoices, financial data, and PDF invoice attachments from Recreatex to Exact Online.
Keeps your customer database in Exact Online aligned with RCX by creating or updating debtors (customers) as needed.
Exports daily cash transactions (kasmutaties) from RCX to Exact Online as grouped cash entries per day, so all cash movements are clearly and correctly reflected in your bookkeeping.
Reuses the existing Exact Online payments plugin setup, so payment imports and financial exports work together in one consistent integration.
Pass Culture
The Pass Culture is a French public policy programme, implemented by the Ministère de la Culture, that offers young people access to cultural goods and activities via a dedicated mobile/web application.
Integration
We have developed a Recreatex–Pass Culture interface enabling French schools to directly request and manage collective cultural offers (field trips, workshops, artist visits, etc.) funded through the Pass Culture “budget per student” program:
Publish Recreatex event files (status = Ordered) as collective offers on the pass Culture platform.
Track offer status (create, update, cancel).
Cancel the pass Culture offer automatically if the Recreatex event file is cancelled.
Otzy (Fairville)
Otzy is a digital wallet and local-currency platform by Fairville NV. It enables citizens and merchants to use city, regional, or project-based tokens and vouchers for loyalty programs, local incentives, and municipal economy initiatives.
Integration
The new Otzy plugin for Recreatex automatically exports purchased gift certificates to Otzy, making them instantly available and manageable in the Otzy app:
Citizens buy gift certificates via the Recreatex webshop or at the till.
The SAG.Plugin.Otzy automatically exports new gift certificates to the Otzy platform via API and makes them invalid in Recreatex.
After export, gift certificates are only used and managed in the Otzy app, where users see their balance and redeem the certificates at participating merchants.
