Pre-requisites
In order to benefit from the full functionality of the Self-service kiosk application and run videos, you need to enable the Windows Media Player feature on your system. Go to the Control Panel and search for windows features using the search box. Then click on Turn Windows features on or off.

Search the list for Media Features and make sure the box is checked in front of Windows Media Player.
