Recreatex & Mailing
From Recreatex version 5.11 custom views are available to be generated. However, as standard AUDDIS, ARUDD, and ADDACS returns can be included within bulk messaging.
Each return reason code such as Refer to Payer can be included within a singular mass mailing. Therefore, with pre-defined document templates it is easy to mail, and/or Email customers who have been involved in a BACS return.
Navigate to Management > Mailing > Mailing.
Create a new mailing called Direct Debit, and save.
In selection, choose Type Direct Debit.

In the search section, varying criteria can be used to find the appropriate records to mail.
In order to look for customers whose Direct Debit payment has been rejected, select source as Arrad, and a reason. This will find only those customers who were included in the ARUDD return, with the reason Refer to Payer. Please see the Mailing guide for full instructions on completing a bulk mailing.
