Integrity checker
The integrity checker allows backoffice employees to monitor and verify the integrity of sales data in the context of SAF-T compliance. When SAF-T is enabled:
Certain events are automatically logged.
Specific transactions are digitally signed to ensure data integrity.
Backoffice employees can then use the integrity checker to:
View the logged events.
Verify the signature of the signed transactions. If a transaction has been modified after signing, the signature will be invalid, and this will be clearly indicated.
The integrity checker is available via the module Various > SAF-T > Integrity checker
Users can filter the displayed logs using the following criteria:
From / Till: Specify the date and time range
Only current division / All divisions: Choose whether to filter data for the current division only or include all divisions.
Point of sale: Narrow down the selection to a specific point of sale.
Only show logs with integrity errors: Display only log entries where integrity issues have been detected.
