Loyalty cards
In the tab Loyalty cards you can link one or several loyalty cards to the current activity. A loyalty card can best be compared to a trading stamp book. If the customer has participated the required number of times to an activity that is linked to a specific loyalty card, you as an organisation can for example reward the customer.
You can create, modify or delete loyalty cards at all times.

Warnung
A loyalty card is not linked to a membership, not even to a physical card. It is a virtual system that keeps track of the number of participations of a customer.
The loyalty card has to be linked to the customer card (see Customersmanual 'GENERAL - Customers'). On the level of the customer card the status of the loyalty card can be followed up and if required modified.
Under Visualisations > Loyalty cards you can call up an overview of all full loyalty cards and if required put these loyalty cards back to zero.(see manual 'REGISTRATIONS - Use')
