Introduction
Season planning is an extension of the series booking functionality that allows you to create booking series proposals and handle requests for new season planning within the Recreatex backoffice application.
As a planner, using the backoffice application, you have the possibility to:
create booking series requests in the system
create booking series proposals in the system
visualise season planning bookings so that you can decide which bookings can be accepted and which cannot.
adjust the season planning status of a booking series
communicate with the customer about the status changes
Via the Webshop, your customer has the possibility to:
enter booking series requests in the system
follow up and communicate with the planner, using the available status changes
