Invoices

The functionalities described in this chapter are only applicable if you have a license for the module Invoicing and if you have ticked off the parameter Allowed to pay open invoices on the point of sale.
If a customer wants to pay an outstanding invoice, this can easily be done using the POS module.
Warnung
Paying outstanding invoices is IMPOSSIBLE with the simplified POS layout.
For this purpose you first have to search for the customer in the selection screen:

Next, you can click on 
in the upper right-hand corner or press <Enter> to continue to the payment screen, in which you can see the outstanding invoice amount.

Under the tab Invoices you can select the invoices you want to pay now by ticking them off:

Afterwards, you can reselect the tab Payments and you will notice that the amount in question is put in the section To be paid.

After selecting the desired payment method(s) and amount, you have to click on 
or press <Enter> for the sale to be registered, the invoice to be paid and a receipt to be printed.
