Employees

Under the tab Employees you can determine the settings relating to employees.

Default work type

This is the default work type employees need to have in order to be able to plan them for registration activities.

Use task planning

If this parameter is active, the required employee tasks (to which employees can be linked) can immediately be generated when creating an activity.  The advantage of this method is that you do not immediately have to attribute the tasks to employees.

If you work with task planning, you have to follow up the employee tasks in the Recreatex Employee part (General > Basic data > Employees) and not in Registrations > Planning. (see Employeesmanual 'GENERAL - Employees')

Activating this setting makes sure that you already have to link an employee to the task before you will be able to link participants to participant groups within an activity (see chapter 'Activity settings', paragraph 'Participant groups').
