Direct Debit Settings
Go to Sales > Direct Debit > Settings.
The following Direct Debitsettings are available:
Direct debit frequencies
The direct debit frequency is associated to the appropriate membership. Please note that ReCreateX is very flexible and can have a variety of debit frequencies.
Warnung
BACS will not accept direct debits separated by over a two-year period.

Notice within the creation of the Direct Debit if you select pro rata you have the option of selecting the option to calculate days, and the number of days. If Calculate days is selected, then the system will calculate the pro rata dependant on the number of days remaining within the calendar month (varying between 28 and 31 days).
Contract statuses
These settings are utilised within the views for contracts.

Reasons for interruption
These are reasons for a Direct Debit collection to be interrupted.

This can be for a variety of reasons including a freeze of membership for an extended period of time.
