Desired skills
In the tab Desired skills you can determine which skills are required from the employee that will accompany this activity. If employees are linked to the activity, only those employees that have the desired skills for this activity will be suggested.

The skills can be managed under General > Basic data > Employees > Skills (see Employeesmanual 'GENERAL - Employees').
Warnung
If employees are linked to activity days (parts) under the tab Days, the desired skills are not taken into account. Skills are only taken into account when planning employees by means of Registrations > Planning. (see 'Planning')
