Vintia Order App | Basket expiration & login behaviour The “Keep me signed in” checkbox has been removed. Customers now remain logged in until they choose to log out or until the session resets at midnight. If a customer uses the app less than 10 minutes before midnight, the login session extends past midnight so the basket stays active for the full 10 minutes. This prevents users from losing a basket created shortly before midnight.
The country drop‑down in the phone number field (Info tab) is now automatically translated into the customer’s selected app language, with English as a fallback. This ensures consistent language display throughout the ordering flow.

Vintia Order Kiosk | The out-of-service screen now also displays clear, device‑specific error information for the scanner, payment terminal and printer, helping staff quickly identify and resolve technical issues. We have improved how discounts are applied and displayed in the basket to provide visitors with clear, accurate discount information. Clear overview of membership discounts The basket now shows the original total price with a strikethrough applied, alongside the correctly discounted total for the relevant items, clearly showing how much the customer saves by scanning their membership. Grouped display for discount codes When a discount code applies to multiple items, the basket now displays the code only once and shows the combined discount total, rather than displaying the same code separately for each item.
Failed payment handling Failed payments now trigger up to three automatic retry attempts, allowing customers to try another card without restarting their order. After the final failed attempt, the kiosk returns to the article overview page. The payment screen UI and text have been updated to clearly indicate the retry option.
