Make a template
The set-up of a mailing is generally done on the basis of a template. The template always contains the basic design of the message or of the labels. In the template, we use variable database fields, possibly combined with default text. These database fields refer to data in your ReCreateX database and when creating the mailing/labels, the data in question are taken from the database. This allows you to provide your mailing/labels with the necessary customer-specific content. Templates are always created using Microsoft Word.
Anmerkung
If you want to make a mailing with default content, in which no customer-specific information is used, you can simply send your mailing to your target group without using a template. (See Mailing options > Mailing without template)
