Combi exhibitions functionality has been extended with several useful improvements, available for the backoffice, POS and the Webshop:
A new level (step) has been introduced in the combi exhibition configuration, allowing the addition of multiple exhibitions per step for increased flexibility and choice options for customers.
We have added the possibility to select automatic and optional articles on the combi exhibition level.
We have added the possibility to select optional articles on the combi ticket level.
For exhibition visits that require automatic facility booking, we can now block timeslots if facility booking is no longer possible for the relevant timeslots.
Possibility to apply volume pricing to combi tickets (articles) when the calculation type is price per hour.
It is now possible to allow the booking of overlapping exhibition timeslots.
We have improved the visualization of overlapping exhibition timeslots on the Webshop.
When recording an advance payment for an exhibition visit, it is now possible to add a remark.
Note: To allow consistent use across Recreatex, the remark field is also available in modules: Rental, Facility bookings and Event planning.
Membership: It is now possible to filter the membership overview by article group and use the compact filter layout. Both features can be activated in the Webshop Manager, under membership filter settings.
Customers can now consent to receiving SMS messages. This information is stored on the customer's address card, allowing the system, when sending SMS messages, to filter out customers who have not given consent.
