Venue users can now create and configure fees from the Fee Configuration page. Configured fees are automatically added to the basket total at checkout.

To do so, first create a product with the type Fee from the Products page.

Thereafter, create a fee configuration from the Fee configuration page using the fee product. You can define the fee amount and select the offers or offer categories on which the fee should not be applied.

The applicable booking fee is displayed in the basket on the Offers shop checkout page.

You can also consult the applied fee in order details on the Orders page. Moreover, you can send the fee to the visitors by configuring the field 'Booking fee' in the email and product templates from the Admin app.

When an order is cancelled, the booking fee amount cannot be refunded. The fee will not apply when rebooking an order.
