Pre-requisites
For Recreatex users
Installation of Recreatex desktop application with modules exhibition and general articles. This is required only if you wish to work with Recreatex exhibitions in Enviso Sales.
Note
If you are not syncing exhibitions and tickets from Recreatex, you will have the option to create offers and tickets in Enviso Sales and then sell them on your direct and indirect sales channels. Refer Managing offers
For selling on direct sales channel
Integration Direct selling API and/or Ticketing widget is required for selling offers through direct channel sales points. However, to be able to sell group offers on your direct channel sales points, you will need to integrate Direct selling API version 2.0.0 and onwards.
For scanning Enviso tickets
If you are using third-party scanners instead of Recreatex scanners to scan tickets, you will need to integrate your scanners with the Scanning API to be able to scan the Enviso tickets. To know more about Enviso tickets, refer Managing tickets
