Based on the Product type

Based on the product type configured for an offer, the offer can be categorised as:

Ticket offer

A ticket offer allows visitors one-time access to the venue. For example, 'Entry to the museum'.

Capacity and validity: The capacity and validity of a ticket offer depends on the configured frequency.

Sold on: Ticket offers can be sold on the direct as well as indirect channel sales points.

Ticket offers based on Frequency

The ticket offers can be further categorised based on the frequency as below:

Types of ticket offers based on frequency:

  1. Total offer: Ticket offer that allows one-time access during the configured offer period.

  2. Per day offer: A ticket offer that allows one-time access on the date it is bought for.

  3. Time slot offer: A ticket offer that allows access for a date and time slot.

    Note

    Time slot offers are created as events in the Enviso Booking app. They can then be configured from Enviso Sales from the My offers page.

    Time slot offers are divided into two types:

    1. Per time slot offer: A ticket offer that allows one-time access for a date and time slot.

      The per time slot offers are categorised into three types:

      1. Regular offer: A time slot offer sold on per-ticket basis and not per-group basis.

      2. Group offer per group ticket: A group offer when sold generates one ticket for each group formed.

      3. Group offer per group person: A group offer when sold generates tickets for each person in the group.

    2. All time slot offer: A ticket offer type that allows access for a certain time slot over a defined period.

Membership offer

A membership offer allows visitors multiple access to the venue.

Capacity and validity: There is no capacity restriction on membership offers. The validity depends on the configured membership duration.

Sold on: Membership offers can be sold on direct channel sales points. Selling membership offers on indirect channel sales points is not supported.

Remark: A membership offer cannot be linked to an offer with time slots.

Voucher offer

A product voucher offer can be redeemed by the visitor in exchange of the venue's tickets.

Capacity and validity: Capacity restriction can be set for a voucher offer.

Sold on: Ticket offers can be sold on the direct as well as indirect channel sales points.

Remark: The offer period for a voucher offer refers to the period when the offer can be sold. Whereas, the restrictions of redeeming the voucher depends on its validity configurations (and not the offer period).
