Examples
Here are some examples of promotions that you can create by adjusting the parameters in the tab Conditions and Rewards on the Create promotion page.
Discount on Product A of Offer 1
Eg: 10% discount on Child tickets of the offer General Admission.

On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Reward and select Applies to Offer.
Enter the Discount value as an absolute amount or a percentage value of the product price.
From Select products, search for an offer. Click Modify configuration to select only the product that would be discounted.
If you use the option Set limit and enter 2, in this example it would mean that if the customer purchases 3 Child tickets of the offer General Admission, s/he will receive 10% discount on 2 Child tickets. The 3rd Child ticket will be for full price.

The possibility to configure discounts per offer product is available only to specific venues. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your venue.
Family discount
Eg: For the offer General Admission, if 2 or more Adult tickets and 2 Child tickets are added to the basket, then the reward (discount) will be applied once.
In another situation, if 2 or more Adult tickets and 3 or more Child tickets are added to the basket then the reward (discount) will be applied twice.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
Define the discount value from the tab Reward. Click Modify configuration to add Child ticket.
In the pop-up to select products, select the Child ticket.

Buy 2 pay for 1
Eg: Buy 2 Adult tickets but pay the price of 1 Adult ticket for the offer General Admission.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
Note
Select 'Add a calculation' to enter the last part of the condition.
From the tab Reward, select Applies to Offer and set the discount to 100%. Click Modify configuration to add Adult ticket.
In the pop-up to select products, select the Adult ticket.

Basket total exceeds a certain amount
Eg: 10% discount if the subtotal of the basket exceeds €100.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
On the tab Reward, for Applied for select Basket and the Discount value to 10%
Early Bird Discount
Eg. 15% discount if order is made at least 7 days before the visit date.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
Define the discount value from the tab Reward. Click Modify configuration to select products.
In the pop-up to select products, select the Parking Ticket & Adult Ticket.
Apply discount on checkout, Promotion successfully applied as difference between order date & visit date is more than 7 days.
The same configuration can be used for a Last Day's Discount by changing the condition to:

For example, a venue can offer 20% discount for orders made on the same day as the visit date.
Christmas holiday discount
Eg: 40% discount on General Admission during the Christmas holiday period (from 24 December until 31 December).
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
Define the discount value from the tab Reward. Click Modify configuration to select products.
In the pop-up to select products, select the Adult Ticket & Child Ticket.
Apply discount on checkout. Promotion is successfully applied as the visit date falls within the configured holiday period.
Offer category specific promotions
Eg. Apply discount to all offers which are in the offer category.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
Define the discount value from the tab Reward.Click Modify configuration.
In the pop-up to select products, select the Adult Ticket & Child Ticket.
The promotion is successfully applied when at least one offer from the configured offer category and the reward offer are both present in the basket.

The possibility to configure Offer Categories is available only to specific venues. You can request Vinita to enable this feature for your venue.
One Free Ticket per Discount Code
Eg. Each discount code grants 1 free ticket.
On the Create promotion page, enable Combine with other promotions option and Use discount code(s). Add multiple discount codes.
From the Reward tab, select Applies to Offer, set the discount to 100% and configure the promotion to apply 1 time per basket on the cheapest product.
Click Modify configuration to add Adult Ticket & Child Ticket (below 14 years).
During checkout, when the visitor adds eligible products and applies the discount codes, the system applies the reward sequentially to the cheapest eligible products in the basket.
Example
If the basket contains: Adult Ticket ×2 (€20 each) & Child Ticket ×2 (€15 each) and the discount apply CODE50 and CODE51:
CODE50 makes the first Child Ticket free.
CODE51 makes the second Child Ticket free.
Automatic Promotion with Basket Limit
Eg. Automatic promotion will be apply based on limit per basket condition.
On the Create promotion page, do not enable Use discount code(s).
From the Reward tab, select Applies to Offer and set the discount to 10€.
Enable Limit the number of times the promotion is applied per basket and set it to 2 time on the most expensive product and click on modify configuration to select products.
In the pop-up to select products, select the Adult Ticket & Child Ticket.
During checkout, when the configured condition is satisfied, the system automatically applies the reward to the eligible product without requiring a discount code.
Here, both discounts are applied to the Adult Tickets because they are the most expensive products in the basket.
The Child Tickets do not receive a discount because the promotion limit of 2 applications per basket has been reached.
