Examples
Here are some examples of promotions that you can create by adjusting the parameters in the tab Conditions and Rewards on the Create promotion page.
Discount on Product A of Offer 1
Eg: 10% discount on Child tickets of the offer General Admission.

On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Reward and select Applies to Offer.
Enter the Discount value as an absolute amount or a percentage value of the product price.
From Select products, search for an offer. Click Modify configuration to select only the product that would be discounted.
If you use the option Set limit and enter 2, in this example it would mean that if the customer purchases 3 Child tickets of the offer General Admission, s/he will receive 10% discount on 2 Child tickets. The 3rd Child ticket will be for full price.

The possibility to configure discounts per offer product is available only to specific venues. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your venue.
Family discount
Eg: For the offer General Admission, if 2 or more Adult tickets and 2 Child tickets are added to the basket, then the reward (discount) will be applied once.
In another situation, if 2 or more Adult tickets and 3 or more Child tickets are added to the basket then the reward (discount) will be applied twice.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
Define the discount value from the tab Reward. Click Modify configuration to add Child ticket.
In the pop-up to select products, select the Child ticket.

Buy 2 pay for 1
Eg: Buy 2 Adult tickets but pay the price of 1 Adult ticket for the offer General Admission.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
Note
Select 'Add a calculation' to enter the last part of the condition.
From the tab Reward, select Applies to Offer and set the discount to 100%. Click Modify configuration to add Adult ticket.
In the pop-up to select products, select the Adult ticket.

Basket total exceeds a certain amount
Eg: 10% discount if the subtotal of the basket exceeds €100.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
On the tab Reward, for Applied for select Basket and the Discount value to 10%
Bulk purchase discount
Eg: 10% discount if 5 or more Adult tickets of the offer General Admission are added to the basket.
On the Create promotion page, go to the tab Condition and enter the condition rule as below:
On the tab Reward, for Applied for select Basket and the Discount value to 10%
Group Offer with Pass Per Group, Price Per Person - Percentage Discount
Eg: 50% discount on a group offer "Toverland Group Adventure" configured with Pass per group and Price per person, a unit price of €20 per visitor and a maximum group size of 10. A visitor places an order for 26 visitors.
The system automatically creates 3 groups - Group 1 (9 visitors), Group 2 (9 visitors), and Group 3 (8 visitors). The 50% discount is applied to the product price, resulting in a discount of €10 per product and a total discount of €260.

After confirming the order based on the group, the system automatically creates 3 passes based on the maximum group size - Pass 1 with 9 visitors, Pass 2 with 9 visitors, and Pass 3 with 8 visitors.
This results in a total discount of €260 across all 3 passes, which equals €10 discount per visitor in each pass.

Group Offer with Pass Per Group, Price Per Person - Fixed Discount

Eg: €10 fixed discount on the same offer "Toverland Group Adventure". A visitor places an order for 26 visitors.
The €10 discount is applied once per group - €10 on each of the 3 groups - resulting in a total discount of €30.
For a fixed discount, after confirming the order, the system automatically creates 3 passes and the €10 fixed discount is applied at the pass level, once per pass regardless of the number of visitors in each pass. This means a total discount of €30 across all 3 passes.
