Voucher offer
Note
The possibility to use the voucher feature is available only to specific venues. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your venue.
On the My offers page, click Create in the top-right corner of the page.

In the resulting pop-up select Voucher offer.

Next, you will be transferred to the Create offer page.
Create Voucher offer
Offer details
Enter the offer details in tab Details. It is possible to add translations for offer name, description and add tags for a specific language.

General
Offer name and description | Provide the offer name and a short description (optional) about the offer. |
Tags | The tags you add here can be used for filtering the offer on the My offers page. It is possible to add or remove tags for offers in draft, active or inactive status. |
Offer image | Add an image for the offer. The offer image should be in 2:1 ratio, with minimum dimensions of 1200 x 600 pixels. |
Offer period
Starts from - Ends on | The duration for which the offer sales are active. NoteAfter the offer period expires, you will not be able to sell the voucher offer. However, the customer can redeem the voucher pass beyond the offer period based on the voucher's validity. |
Products and capacity

Select offer | Select the ticket offer to which the voucher applies. Important to know:

Products | After selecting the offer, you can select the offer products. Optionally, you can also enter a description for the voucher product.
Click Select tickets to configure the discount, ticket price, and ticket quantity for the voucher offer.
When this voucher is sold, the visitor can use the voucher pass to redeem the configured tickets. If a discount is configured in an absolute amount or percentage, visitors can use the voucher to receive a discount on the product price. A 100% discount will make the product free when the voucher is redeemed. The ticket discount will also show on the offer details page. |
Offer capacity
You can select the voucher quantity as Unlimited or limited.
Unlimited: There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be ordered for this offer. The
Limited: You can define how many vouchers can be ordered for this offer.

Once you have entered all the details, you can save the voucher offer as a draft. You can configure the voucher validity. You can activate the voucher offer from the My offers page.
It is possible to edit a voucher offer without first deactivating it. Except for changing the offer capacity and the linked offer, you can edit a voucher offer in an active or inactive state.
