Archive product

Select Archive from the drop-down menu of the product you do not wish to discontinue.

Important to know:

  • Once a product has been archived, it will no longer be available for offers that are created after archiving the product.

  • The archived product will continue to be available for sales for offers to which it has already been linked.

  • Venue users for whom the feature to create Membership offers is available can archive or unarchive Membership products as well.

  • By default, products (or Memberships) with active status will be shown on the Products page. Using the filter icon, you can filter Tickets/Memberships with Active and/or Archived status.
