Infoplay mobile
Initial requirements for setting up the Infoplay mobile application are:
Recreatex desktop application must be installed.
Access zones with appropriate entrance readers must be configured.
Internet/Intranet connection is required for all the functionalities of the application.
The time zone of the device on which the Infoplay app is run should be set to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) for the records to show correctly.
If the configuration settings are to be fetched using a QR code, the device must have a camera to capture the QR code.
Operating system: Android 4.0.0 or newer.
If you are the Administrator, you must have:
PIN to access the Settings section for modifying the app settings.
Webservice URL and Webshop ID or the QR code of it to setup app configuration. You may also require having the Webservice password.
TCP Server IP and TCP PORT number for Infoplay service configuration.
Note
In case only the Exhibition display is used, the Infoplay service is not required to be configured.
Depending on the app settings, it is possible that the app user will require his/her username and password to log into the Infoplay mobile application.
Infoplay mobile app 1.6.0 is primarily compatible with versions 7.7.0 of the Recreatex desktop application and WSDL. It is also compatible with versions 7.6.2, 7.6.1, 7.6.0, 7.5.2, 7.5.1, 7.5.0, 7.4.0, 7.3.2, 7.3.1, 7.3.0, 7.2.1, 7.2.0, 7.1.1 and 7.1.0 of Recreatex desktop application and WSDL.

Infoplay is a signage type of application, for which GANTNER provides the following standard solutions:
Elo I-Series signage touch display
21.5 Inch display with integrated Android
Larger displays come with an add-on Android computer
Industrial Android box solution, combined with Samsung Display (non-touch)

GANTNER cannot guarantee sufficient support on hardware solutions that have not been tested by our Quality Assurance.
In case your organisation/business already has signage screens, these will need to meet the following requirements in order to work with the Android box solution in combination with Infoplay:
Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080)
HDMI connection
