Initial requirements
The initial requirements for the Infoplay application differ depending on the device used for display.

Infoplay mobile
Initial requirements for setting up the Infoplay mobile application are:
Recreatex desktop application must be installed.
Access zones with appropriate entrance readers must be configured.
Internet/Intranet connection is required for all the functionalities of the application.
The time zone of the device on which the Infoplay app is run should be set to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) for the records to show correctly.
If the configuration settings are to be fetched using a QR code, the device must have camera to capture the QR code.
Operating System: Android 5.0.0 or above is supported. For optimal performance, Android 8.0.0 or newer is recommended.
If you are the Administrator, you must have:

TCP Server IP and TCP PORT number for Infoplay service configuration.
Note
In case only the Exhibition display is used, the Infoplay service is not required to be configured.
Depending on the app settings, it is possible that the app user will require his/her username and password to log into the Infoplay mobile application.
Infoplay mobile app 1.9.0.0 is primarily compatible with versions 8.2.1 of the Recreatex desktop application and WSDL.

Infoplay is a signage type of application, for which Vintia provides the following standard solutions:
Elo I-Series signage touch display
21.5 Inch display with integrated Android
Larger displays come with an add-on Android computer
Industrial Android box solution, combined with Samsung Display (non-touch)

Vintia cannot guarantee sufficient support on hardware solutions that have not been tested by our Quality Assurance.
In case your organisation/business already has signage screens, these will need to meet the following requirements in order to work with the Android box solution in combination with Infoplay:
Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080)
HDMI connection

Initial requirements for setting up the Infoplay desktop application are:
Recreatex desktop application must be installed.
Access zones with appropriate entrance readers must be configured.
Internet connection is required for all the functionalities of the application.
The Infoplay desktop app 1.1.0.2 is compatible with Recreatex desktop application and WSDL version 6.4.0, 6.3.2, 6.3.1 and 6.3.0.

B&R Power panel: PLC with a monitor of up to 15"
Monitor with thin client: The thin client will be mounted at the back of the 27" monitor and runs on WES2009 (Windows Embedded Standard 2009 - based on Windows 7).

TCP: The server should have one live IP address and an open port to start TCP server via Infoplay service.
The user who installs the Infoplay desktop application should have permission for file access and folder creation on C:\ProgramData.
Note
The ProgramData folder is used to log the setup activity and to backup/restore the configuration files.
