Resolution

This parameter allows to define the resolution of the screen on which visitors' details will be shown.

The default value is 1024x768.

Use the exact device resolution from the available options:

  • 1024x768

  • 1280x768

  • 1366x768

  • 1920x1080

In case the display screen has a deviating resolution (different from those mentioned above), it is obligatory to create an XML file for the new dimension before using it.

Procedure:
  1. Go to InfoPlay Client > Resolution

  2. Copy and paste an existing dimension file. Edit the dimension in the copied file's name.

  3. Enter the appropriate value for each of the dimension parameters in the file and save the made changes.

    Note

The parameter ImageSize considers the value on the basis of six-visitor layout.

For this purpose, given your display screen's resolution, access the dimension for one image if six visitors' information are to be displayed on the screen. Enter this value in the ImageSize parameter.

The application back calculates the dimensions for lesser images and displays them accordingly.

  4. Use the new dimension for the parameter Resolution in the Settings XML file or the configuration tool.
