You can consult the email address from which emails will be sent to the visitors for orders placed on the direct as well as indirect channel sales points.

If you wish to change the From email address or if the status doesn't show Active, contact Vintia support .
Guide notification emails
It is possible to configure which email notifications will be sent to your connected guide. This email configuration is useful if you are using the Enviso Booking app to manage guide tasks.
Note
If the guide has provided his/her interim office's email address, the emails will be copied to the interim office as well.

You can configure the email template and add translations for the enabled email notifications from Enviso Admin > Templates > Email. By default the email language is English.
BCC email
Venues can configure BCC recipients for order-related emails in Email Settings. Emails for actions such as reserved, confirmed, cancelled, partially cancelled, rebooked, and updated orders will automatically be BCC’d to the specified addresses. You can add up to 20 email addresses.

Order settings
Note
'Order settings' is only available to Reselling users.
If 'Send order emails' is enabled, resellers can send order-related emails for orders placed through the Reselling API and can also retrieve passes for those orders.
