General
The General settings allow you to edit the Venue/Reseller's organisation name, logo and other details. Click Edit in the top right corner of the organisation's profile page to edit the details.

Editing the General information
Clicking on the Edit button in the top right corner of the organisation's profile page will navigate you to a page wherein you can the edit General information.

Cover image | To change the cover image, click Change and select the desired cover image. The cover image must be at least 800x600 pixels in resolution. The image size must be less than 2MB. |
Logo | To change the logo image, click Change and select the desired logo image. The logo should be an 1:1 ratio image, with minimum resolution of 150x150 pixels. The image size must be less than 2MB. |
Tenant name and type | It is possible to edit the tenant name and type from the available options, which was entered at the time of registering on Envsio. |
Info | Enter or update the information about your organisation. The description must not exceed 5,000 characters. |
Address | This field is pre-filled with the address entered at the time of registering as a new user. You can edit it, if required. |
Phone | Enter or update the contact number for organisation. Avoid using space. |
Website | Enter or update your organisation website URL. It is mandatory to add http:// or https:// before your website URL. Example: https://www.novamuseum.nl |
Social links | Add or update your oragnisation's social media links. Be sure to enter the social media links in their corresponding fields. Only the filled-in social media links will show on your organisation's profile. It is mandatory to add http:// or https:// before each social media link. Example: https://www.facebook.com/novamuseum |
