When creating a new sales point, you can choose whether to automatically link the sales point to all active offers.

By default, the Link to All Active Offers option is disabled (unchecked). If left unchecked, the sales point is created without being linked to any active offers.
This option is available only to users who have manage sales point permission and manage offers & promotions – full control permission.
