You can now link specific products to product templates for indirect channel.
If the Manage ticket templatesetting is disabled for the reseller and reseller place orders of a linked product, the venue's linked product template will be sent in passes.
If Manage ticket template is enabled for the reseller, then reseller's configured template will be sent in passes.
You can configure Rebooking valid till and Cancellation valid till fields in product templates for direct channel orders and can send valid till dates to visitor.
