Visitor self-service

From the tab Visitor self-service, you can configure the Visitor profile parameters for your Enviso Ticketing widget. The user should have permission to manage visitors for accessing the Visitor settings page.

Note

Visitor settings are applicable only for the Enviso Ticketing widget.

Rebook order

Allows a visitor to rebook an order from their visitor profile registered on the Enviso Ticketing widget.

If Rebook order is enabled, you will have the option to configure various settings related to rebooking.

Cut-off time

This is useful, for example, when you wish to have a separate rebooking cut-off timing for general offers and offers with guides. While creating/updating an offer from Enviso Sales, you can define the rebooking cut-off timing for each order (Sales > Create/Edit offer > tab Additional configuration > Other details).

No: If this option is selected, you will be able to define a cut-off time.

Note

This cut-off time will overwrite the rebooking cut-off timing defined at the offer level for all the offers. It is useful, for example, when you wish to have a standard cut-off timing for rebooking orders of all the offers.

Expired tickets

If allowed, the visitor will be able to rebook expired and unscanned tickets from their visitor profile on the Ticketing widget.

Note

The possibility to use the Rebook expired tickets feature is available to specific Venues only. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your Venue.

Rebook order as guest

If enabled, it allows visitors to rebook their order without having to create or log into their profile on the Ticketing widget.

A guest user can rebook an order using the order number and their email address.

Cancel order

Allows a visitor to cancel an order from their visitor profile registered on the Enviso Ticketing widget.

If Cancel order is enabled, you will have the option to define the cut-off time until when tickets can be cancelled before the visit time.
