If you choose to create an offer at the time of activating an event, you will be navigated to the 'Offers' tab on the event's detail page. Clicking on the offer, you will be navigated to the Enviso Sales app, wherein you will be able to add an image for the offer.

As a general remark, consider looking up the filter parameters. All Enviso overviews have filters and a default filter is applied. Some of the default filters might be hiding the information you are looking for. For example, in the Booking app, to see the cancelled tasks on the Planning page, you will need to activate the Cancelled task filter.
