Consult events
It is possible to consult events in list view as well as in calendar view.
Clicking on an event will transfer you to the event's detail page, where you will be able to consult the details of the event as well of the bookings made for it. On the resulting event details page, you will be able to edit the event details. For a detailed description, refer to Create an event
List view
When using the list view, it is possible to search and filter the event list.
Calendar view
Using the dropdown,You can change the view to month, week, or day view. If you wish to consult an event for a particular day, you can select a specific date as well.
Click on an event to view its details.
Edit Event
On the Event page, select Edit from the drop-down menu of the event you wish to edit.
On the resulting page, you can edit all event details except the event period start date, time slot booking selection, and guide task creation settings (based on visitor booking or time slot creation).
Note
You can edit events in Draft, Active, and Inactive status. Archived events cannot be edited.
Activate Event
You can activate a Draft event, which changes its status to Active and allows offers linked to the event to be put on sale.
To activate an event, click activate button in the bottom-right corner of the Create/Update event page.
If the event is inactive, you cannot activate it from the event details page.The event can only be activated from the event overview.
Important to know:
You can activate an inactive event only if the event end date has not passed. If the event end date has already passed, you must first update the end date before activating the event.
Deactivate Event
Select Deactivate from the drop-down menu of an event you wish to deactivate.
Important to know:
If the event is inactive, you cannot activate the offer from the sales app, to sell the offer, you need to activate the event first.
Also, if the event is inactive all its linked offers will also become inactive and it is not possible to sell the offer.
Archive/Unarchive & Delete an event
Select Archive from the drop-down menu of the event you wish to discontinue.
You can unarchive an event after it has been archived.
Important to know:
When an event is archived, all linked offers are also archived.
When an event is unarchived, all linked offers change to the Inactive status.
Draft and inactive events can be deleted. Only inactive events can be archived.
Filter events
Using the filter option in the top-right corner of the Events page, you can filter events based on their status, validity and tags.
