Adyen S1F2 terminal does not work properly with mPOS

We recommend checking the following configurations in case the Adyen S1F2 terminal does not work properly with mPOS.

  • The Terminal serial number in the mPOS configuration file (appconfig.xml) must match the actual serial number of the Adyen S1F2 terminal in use.

  • The configuration file must have the correct API key in the configuration file.

  • The mPOS app is correctly uploaded to the Adyen portal.

  • Adyen All-in-one payment is enabled in the mPOS app.

If the issue still persists, reach out to Vintia support.

Please provide the following information when reaching out to Vintia support:

  1. API key

    Refer API credentials

  2. Terminal serial number

    Refer the parameter Terminal serial number on Configure the mPOS config file

  3. Account name

App update was interrupted

If the app update was not received by the Adyen device because the Adyen device was turned off or not connected to the internet during the scheduled time, you can follow the below steps and have the updated app on your Adyen device:

  1. On the Adyen device, go to Settings > Apps

  2. Select the mPOS app.

  3. Tap Get update to install the app update on the Adyen device.

    If you see Up to date next to the mPOS app, then it would mean that no new app update has been pushed for your Adyen device.

    At all times, the Adyen device must be connected to the internet.
