Privacy
On the page Privacy, it is possible to define settings related to the visibility of your Venue profile. You can also choose to configure the visibility of your offers to your partnered resellers.
Profile
Public | Your venue profile will be visible to resellers while searching for partners from their Enviso Trade account. |
Private | Your venue profile will not be visible to resellers while searching for partners on their Enviso Trade account. It will be visible only to connected partners and partners in discussion. See further, Consult partners |
The privacy setting works the same way for the resellers. If a reseller has set their profile to Private and sends a partnership request to a venue, the venue can view the reseller’s profile from the Partners page under the In-discussion tab, but not from the Discover partners section.
Offers
You can define which offers will be visible to your connected resellers.
When the offer is assigned to the reseller: The offer will be visible to the reseller when the venue assigns the offer to the reseller.
When the offer is enabled for sales on the indirect channel: The offer will be visible to all the connected resellers if the offer is configured for sales on the indirect channel sales points.
When the offer is enabled for sales on any sales channel: The offer will be visible to all the connected resellers if the offer is configured for sales on the direct and/or indirect channel sales points.
