Pre-billing
You can consult the pre-billing information as well as add/edit the pre-billing address from the Pre-billing page. Your pre-bill address will be used for generating pre-bills of your partners.
Note
A pre-bill is an estimated invoice of the products sold by a reseller. It does not include any taxes.
Pre-billing schedule
By default, pre-bills are based on sales and generated on the 1st of every month at 00:05 UTC.
Clicking on the partner's icon, you can consult the partner category and the partners.
Note the information will appear in a side-bar on the left containing information regarding the partner categories and the partners.
Add pre-billing address
By default, the address provided while registering on Trade for Venues is used for pre-billing. In case you need the pre-bills to have another address, it is possible to do so.
Hover over the My pre-billing address card. Note the edit icon appear. Click on the edit icon.
Next, click Add address.
In the resulting pop-up, enter the address. Depending on the address, the Google map on the right will automatically pin the location. In case the address does not come up automatically, click Cant' find your location and enter complete the address.
Enter the new address, check the details and then click Save. Once saved, the pre-billing address cannot be altered.
The added pre-billing address will be available in the My pre-billing address drop-down menu. In order to switch to another pre-billing address, select the desired pre-billing address and click Save.
Now the pre-bills will be generated using the selected address.
