Additional Info
Additional details such as policies or instructions can be added to ticket templates along with translations. This allows you to provide visitors with relevant information directly on the ticket. Venues will see the information you provide in English by default.

Note
The information entered in the Info tab is displayed on the ticket in the language selected by the visitor. If no translation is provided for a specific language, the content will be shown in English by default.
Manage Product Template
When template access is disabled
When Manage Ticket Template toggle is disable by the venue for a specific partner. In this case, you will no longer be able to consult or make modifications to the product template for that Venue. You will see the message as "This template is managed by the venue."

In this situation, the default product template configured by the venue is automatically applied when generating the ticket PDF.
Note
If you require access to the product template, contact your venue partner to request that the template settings be re-enabled for you.
Manage Template Access
When the 'Manage Ticket Template' setting is enabled by the venue for a specific partner, it is possible to view and edit the venue's template directly from the Administration page.
If the venue has configured translations in multiple languages, the template will be published for the reseller in the languages that match the reseller's configured languages.
Important: If a venue has configured the default template translations in Dutch and German, and your reseller account's translation language is Dutch, then only the Dutch translation of the venue template is published for your account.
