Default VAT rates per product type
The system automatically creates default VAT rates for each product type for a newly registered or existing venue. The default VAT rate is 0%.

Moreover, for an existing venue, if VAT is already created for a product, a default VAT rate will be created for a product for which VAT rate has not been created.

Cross-sell product
Note
The feature to use cross-selling is available only to specific venues. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your venue.
Enhancements
New trigger 'Date & time step' added for cross-sell rules. You can now choose to show the cross-sell offer at the date selection step of the order process.
In case multiple offers are selected for cross-selling, you can adjust the sequence in which the cross-sell offers will show at the defined step of the order process.
Price rule with capacity
Note
The feature to use price rule with capacity configuration is available only to specific venues. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your venue.

For price rules, it is now possible to select total offers when creating or updating price rule with capacity configuration.

Delete inactive users
It is now possible to delete an inactive user.

Deleting the user will remove them from the current organisation unit. If the user is already added to other units of the organisation, you will need to remove them separately.

Direct selling API
A new endpoint Get cross-sell offers, returns cross-sell rule offers by executing the rules based on the selected trigger type. This supports both the integrator and the Ticketing widget.
