Redeem voucher codes from the Offers shop
It is now possible to redeem voucher codes to exchange for tickets directly from the venue's Offers shop.

Note
The possibility to redeem voucher codes on the venue's Offers shop is available only to specific venues. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your venue.
Enhancement
While defining conditions for a promotion, you can now select individual offers or offer categories in the Conditions tab.

Important to know:
If, in the Reward step, the promotion is configured to be applied to an offer, and the selected offer is not part of the category defined in the Condition tab, then the reward will not be applied to that offer in the order. The reward will only be applied to offers in the order that belong to the category selected in the Condition tab.
Note
The possibility to create offer categories is available to specific venues only. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your venue.
Trade for Venues
Control reseller access to manage ticket templates
Venue users can now control whether resellers can modify ticket templates using the Manage Ticket Template toggle in partner configurations.
Enabled: The reseller can edit the ticket template from their Trade account.
Disabled: The reseller cannot edit the ticket template and is informed that the venue manages it.
Whenever the setting 'Manage Ticket Template' setting is enabled or disabled, resellers receive a real-time notification in their Trade account.

Email templates
Email templates are now organised in a tabbed layout, allowing venue users to navigate them more easily.

Venue users can now add the fields 'Passbook ticket' and 'Pass link' to pre-visit email templates. The field Passbook ticket allows the visitor to directly add the ticket to their Apple wallet from the pre-visit email.
Note
For the Pass link field to appear in the visitor’s pass, the product must be linked to a responsive product template. If the product is not linked to a responsive template, the pass link will not appear in the visitor’s pass.
Enhancement
On the Logs page, venue users can now consult and filter logs for External codes imported, updated, and deleted events.
