Feature flag removed for 'Access control'

  • Removed feature flag for Access control. Now this feature is available to all the venues on Enviso. This feature allows you to manage access zones and access readers.

Flexible date membership

A new validity option is introduced for membership offers - Flexible dates.

Flexible date validity allows visitors to define their membership period at the time of purchase. Unlike fixed period and fixed date validity, this option enables the same membership to have different validity dates depending on the visitor's selection.

You can also define the accessible start and end time of the membership.

Use case:

A customer with a hotel booking from April 5th to 10th decides to add gym access. He purchases a gym membership with flexible date validity at reception and defines its validity period to cover his stay, from April 5th to 10th.

Note

Currently, you can create and activate membership offers with flexible date validity. The ability to sell these memberships will be supported in the upcoming release.

Ledger account

You can now create and consult ledger accounts from the Ledger accounts page under the section Products.

Enhancements

  • The VAT rates page has been moved from the main menu to the Products section.

  • When an order containing an offer with 'Pay later' enabled is reserved through the Offers shop, a payment link is not generated.

Ticketing widget

The Ticketing widget can run in two different ways based on the payment provider setting of Console and integration.

  1. Added PaymentProvider to WidgetSettingsUpdatedEvent and on order level. If no value is provided then the default will be Enviso pay.

  2. When custom payment is configured then the widget will run as-is without the payment step, which a third-party company can then handle.

  • When using Enviso Pay, a checkout creates an order and a payment for that order.

  • When not using Enviso Pay, a checkout of a cart only creates an order and no payment link.

Direct selling API

  • Added a new endpoint Get order detail by order number to get an order by its unique number.

  • Added a new endpoint Delete basket to delete the full basket by ID. This endpoint will revert the taken capacity, used discount codes, etc. for all reservations in the basket. Once a basket is deleted, it cannot be restored.

  • Added a new endpoint Download passbook to download the passbook file of a certain pass.
