Products
Loyalty product: It is now possible to create a loyalty product by enabling the 'Loyalty product' toggle.

It is now possible to create ticket products with loyalty product configuration when a loyalty integration (Intersolve or UiTPAS) is configured for the venue.

This feature is available only to specific venues. You can request Vintia support to enable this feature for your venue.
Once loyalty product configuration is enabled, the following additional details can be configured in the third step:
1. The loyalty integration 2. Enabling the 'Use Prefix' option 3. Configuring loyalty product IDs 4. Adding a message to be shown in the visitor flow

Offers
Loyalty Products: It is now possible to configure loyalty products and link loyalty-enabled products in ticket offers, excluding group offers.
Sales Period: It is now possible to configure a sales period for the direct channel in the offer details. By default, this field is blank, so sales continue until the offer period ends.

Orders
Loyalty product orders can now be viewed in the order overview. It is possible to perform order actions - such as cancelling and rebooking passes - on loyalty product orders, in the same way as regular ticket orders.
Order data can now be exported in CSV format by selecting specific order-related and custom fields.

External Codes
It is now possible to import up to 100 external codes at a time, an increase from the previous limit of 50.

Offers Shop
It is now possible to place orders for loyalty products directly from the Offers Shop. A loyalty card number is required based on the quantity of loyalty products selected.

The loyalty discount is displayed at checkout and is calculated based on the loyalty product ID configuration linked to the product.
Loyalty discounts can be applied together with price rules and promotions.
Trade for Resellers

Administration
Resellers can now view and edit the venue's default product template when the 'Manage Ticket Template' setting is enabled by the venue. If the venue has configured translations in multiple languages, and those languages match the reseller's configured languages, the template will be published for the reseller in the matching languages.

Example: If a venue has configured the default template translations in Dutch and German, and the reseller's translation language is Dutch, then the Dutch translation of the venue template will be published for that reseller.

Loyalty card number field in product templates: A 'loyalty card number' field can now be added to direct channel product templates. When a loyalty product is purchased, the card number is printed on the ticket.

Audit logs for loyalty configuration changes are now available in product-related action types.

Ticketing Widget
Enhancements
Visitors cannot cancel a full order if any prior partial cancellation has already been performed on the order (e.g., via the Sales App). The following message will be displayed: "Full cancellation not allowed, as the order is already partially cancelled."

Loyalty Product
Visitors can now purchase loyalty products by entering their loyalty card details after selecting a visit date. Once validated, the loyalty product is added to the basket. The quantity of loyalty products cannot be modified in the basket, ensuring correct application of the associated loyalty benefits.
Visitors can now select loyalty products and place an order through the Ticketing Widget. A loyalty card number and PIN are required based on the selected loyalty product quantity. If the product configuration allows 'Use Prefix', visitors can enter only the last few digits of their loyalty card number, without the prefix.

You can cancel and rebook loyalty product passes. It is also possible to update the quantity of loyalty products in reserved orders.
Direct Selling API
It is not possible to cancel a full order using the
Cancel Orderendpoint if there are any prior partial cancellations associated with the order (eg, via the Sales App).Integrators can filter offers by sales start and end dates using the
List offersendpoint and retrieve sales start and end dates using theGet offer detailendpoint. Offers with an expired sales period cannot be added to the basket.Integrators can now retrieve loyalty products, validate card numbers and PINs, and redeem loyalty products directly via the API.
