Admission 5.2

App downloads

Use this page to download the app APK file in any of the following situations:

  • If your device does not support installing Play Store.

  • For installing a BETA version of the app, if available.

  • For installing a previous version of the app.

Important to know:

  • For security reasons, your Android device might not allow app installation outside the Play Store. While installing the Admission APK file, you will have to allow app installation from unknown sources on your Android device.

  • When the app APK is downloaded from here, you will not have the option for in-app update. To update the app, you will have to download the APK file of the new version from this page.

  • For added security, the Recreatex configuration now supports only HTTPS URLs. Vintia support will embed the HTTPS URL in the Recreatex configuration QR code.

  • The Profile name field now supports alphanumeric inputs.

  • The Admission app now supports Mifare Plus cards and Desfire EV1 cards. Refer Initial requirements.

  • The Admission app now supports the Polish language as well.

Release notes:

  • User validation works in the background at the time of starting the app, logging into the app, and resuming the app. This is to ensure that the logged-in user is a valid user of the Admission app.

  • Local time zone is displayed in the Visitors section of the Admission app.

  • When the valid turns are over, it is marked with a change of colour to yellow.

  • It is possible to change the selected reader after logging into the app.

  • Improvements in UI and app tracing.

  • New UI for NFC scanning.

  • App update allows the user to get the latest update of the Admission app.

  • Improvements: User interface, app tracing, scanning flow, added encryption to the database, and logo update.

  • Introduced the ‘Remember me’ functionality on the login screen. If enabled, the app will autofill the username and password of the last logged-in session.

  • Simplified app configuration process. Scan the configuration QR code to connect Admission with the Recreatex ticketing system.
