Initial requirements
Pre-requisites for the TaskFlow app
Recreatex desktop application must be installed.
Internet connection is required for all the functionalities of the application.
The configuration QR code for connecting the TaskFlow app with Recreatex. The QR code will be provided by Vintia support.
Recreatex compatibility
Overall, TaskFlow 2.7.0 is compatible with Recreatex 8.0.0 and above.
Note
If you are using Recreatex 8.4.2, we recommend using TaskFlow version 2.4.0 and above to ensure the activities load correctly on the Activities screen.
Some TaskFlow features are compatible with certain Recreatex versions.

Minimum device requirements
Warning
The minimum device requirements only serve as a reference. As the market and technology of mobile devices evolve constantly and rapidly, Vintia cannot guarantee compatibility of the mobile apps on any device that fits the minimum requirements.
Nonetheless, Vintia aims to support TaskFlow on as many devices as possible that meet the requirements.
