Introduction
Order Display Screen, ODS, facilitates customers to see the status of their food orders placed on the configured Sales zone.
The ODS app displays the order status as 'Received' or 'Ready'. The app also contains the Settings section that helps you configure the app and customise the order display.
ODS is available on the Google Play Store for Android devices.
Use case
Initially, a food order is placed on the Recreatex Point of Sale, and a token number is generated which is given to the customer to track their order status.
When the kitchen staff receives the order, the customer can see their token number with the status 'Received' on the ODS app.
The kitchen staff can mark an order as 'Ready' from either Recreatex or the Kitchen Display Screen (KDS) app.
Next, the token number will move to the 'Ready' status in real-time and the customer can pick up their order.

ODS 1.1.0 is compatible with Recreatex 8.3.2 and above.
